So far... what I've seen with double twist is that you can easily drag and drop music to the phone and even playlists, but it doesn't do an automatic sync like iTunes. Also, it doesn't have a built in Podcast manager either.

There is a sync software for the Droid that works with iTunes called Double Helix. Haven't had experience with it but from what I've heard, it will sync up but future music purchases will be through Amazon instead.

Best phone I've ever owned. I would say that this phone is neck and neck with the iPhone. I don't think one is better than the other. They are different in many ways.
